Prime Foodservice Meats was established to meet the exacting demands of the catering trade whilst relentlessly striving for high levels of food safety, quality and consistency.

Utilising state of the art portioning and processing equipment, Prime can accurately portion meat products to ensure your food costs are predictable and controllable. The Marel B55 Portioner is the Global leader in portioning equipment. 3-D scanning of whole primals ensures exceptionally accurate and stable results.

Meat products are then automatically conveyed to a Thermoformer which vacuum packs portions into small, user friendly, vacuum pouches. The combination of tight temperature controls, minimal handling and vacuum packing ensures maximum shelf life. 

Our facility is located in the Western suburbs of Brisbane and produces both fresh and frozen portion controlled products, on a just in time basis, in accordance with our customers needs. We can hand the largest of orders whilst our staff can attend to your smallest of needs.

Both our raw material and finished products are held in a temperature controlled cold store and are readily available for picking. With 30 fully equipped refrigerated trucks at our disposal, we can offer minimal shipment times anywhere in South East Queensland.
